National Commission of UNESCO Management of projects: I have had management responsibility in various projects including harmonization of the Lithuanian economic law with European Union requirements (PHARE project in 1995). Ability to adapt to multicultural environments: I have worked in various multicultural groups organized by UNESCO and during my Internship (Supported by State Department of USA) at the NSF, where acquainted with other Governmental Institutions of USA related to science.
